PRAISE GOD, OUR MIGHTY WARRIOR!

“The Lord is a warrior.”

Exodus 15:3

“The Lord will march out like a mighty man, like a warrior He will stir up His zeal, with a shout He will raise the battle cry and will triumph over His enemies.”

Isaiah 42:13

Lord, we do praise You as our mighty warrior. You will march out like a mighty man, raising the battle cry and will be victorious over all of Your enemies! There is no one above or equal to You!

PRAY FOR HEARTS THAT PERSEVERE

“…let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.”

Hebrews 12:1

“Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him.”

James 1:12

Jesus, in the midst of trials and tests, may this generation of kids run with perseverance the race marked out for them. May they turn to you for strength and eternal perspective.  Let them know that when they have stood the test, they will receive the crown of life that You have promised to them.

PRAY FOR HEARTS TO WALK IN THE LIGHT

“If we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, His Son, purifies us from all sin.”

I John 1:7

“The Lord is my light and my salvation-whom shall I fear?”

Psalm 27:1

I pray that ___________will walk in the light as You are in the light. Jesus, I pray that the sacrifice of Your blood will purify her from all sin.  May darkness, lies and deceit no longer have any place in her heart. As You are her light and salvation, may she not walk in fear.

Pray for the students and staff of Washington Local Schools and their superintendent, Cherie Morlam.

“We need revival when…we have time for sports, recreation and entertainment, but not for Bible study and prayer.”                                                                                                                                                             -Nancy DeMoss Wolgemuth
