Praise God Who Forgives!

“You are a forgiving God, gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love.”                                            Nehemiah 9:17

“You are forgiving and good, O Lord, abounding in love to all who call to You.”                                                                      Psalm 86:5

We give You thanks and praise for being gracious, compassionate and forgiving. Your forgiveness, offered through  Jesus’ sacrifice, is a reflection of Your love and goodness.

Pray for Hearts of Forgiveness

“Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.”                              Ephesians 4:32

“Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.”  Colossians 3:13

May our school community be a place marked by forgiveness; not by criticism, anger or revenge. May students and staff look to You to produce in them love, compassion, kindness and forgiveness.

We pray for the students and staff of Ottawa Hills Schools and their Superintendent, Dr. Kevin Miller.

“When you can’t forgive someone, pray for them. It may or may not change them, but it will always change you.”
