PRAISE GOD, WHO SEES!

“…for He views the ends of the earth and sees everything under the heavens.”                                                      Job 28:24

“You are the God who sees me.”                                                                                                                                   Genesis 16:13

Lord, we praise You for Your amazing ability to see everything and everyone, including us. You see and perceive all things physically and spiritually. Nothing is hidden from Your sight!

PRAY FOR HEARTS OF PEACE

“Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts.”                                                                                                         Colossians 3:15

“Let us therefore make every effort to do what leads to peace.”                                                                           Romans 14:19

Jesus, we invite Your peace to rule in our hearts, replacing worry, fear and anger. Since peace in relationships does not magically appear, give us the courage to make every effort to do what leads to peace. May the children in our city personally experience Your peace.

PRAY FOR HEARTS THAT FOCUS ON THE NEEDS OF OTHERS

“Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others.”                    Philippians 2:4

God, I ask that You would do a transforming work in _________’s heart, showing him the blessing in looking to the interests of others. Flood ______ with Your joy and peace as his heart becomes focused on you and on others.

Please pray for the students and staff of Ottawa Hills Schools and their superintendent, Kevin Miller.

“In seasons of distress and grief, My soul has often found relief,                                                                                                    And oft escaped the tempter’s snare, By thy return, sweet hour of prayer.”                                                    W.W.
