PRAISE GOD, OUR SHEPHERD!

“For the Lamb at the center of the throne will be their shepherd; He will lead them to springs of living water. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”                                                                                                    Revelation 7:17

“I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.”                                                    John 10:17

God, we trust You as our shepherd, the one who leads us to springs of living water, who lays down His life and wipes the tears from our eyes. You are exalted on high, at the center of the throne in heaven!

PRAY FOR HEARTS TO WALK IN THE LIGHT

“If we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, His Son, purifies us from all sin.”                                                                                                                                                       I John 1:7

“Let us walk in the light of the Lord.”                                                                                                                                Isaiah 2:5

Lord, we invite You to purify the hearts of our children. Lead them to walk in Your light and to flee from the darkness. We thank You in advance for the fellowship, the healthy community, You will create as children and their families are transformed and walk in the light of Your presence.

PRAY FOR HEARTS THAT EMBRACE GOD’S TRUTH

“The Lord detests lying lips, but He delights in men who are truthful.”                                                          Proverbs 12:22

“Then you will know the truth and the truth will set you free.”                                                                                   John 8:32

I pray that ___________would embrace Your truth. May he spend time in Your word and develop in his heart a great love for Your truth that will set him free. If lying has become a stronghold in his life, bring conviction, repentance and a sanctified tongue.

Please pray for the students and staff of Springfield Schools and their superintendent, Dr. Michael O’Shea.

“The one concern of the devil is to keep Christians from praying. He fears nothing from prayerless studies, prayerless work and prayerless devotion. He laughs at our toil, mocks at our wisdom, but trembles when we pray.”                                                                                                                                                                                                            -Samuel Chadwick
