Praise God, Who Leads Us!

“For You are my rock and my fortress; for Your name’s sake You will lead me and guide me.”                Psalm 31:3

“Heads me beside still waters. He restores my soul.”                                                                                         Psalm 23:2

God, we give You praise for being all-knowing and the One who faithfully leads, offering guidance in our decisions, work and relationships. Give us hearts to follow and to obey as You lead us beside still waters and restore our souls.

Pray for Hearts to Follow God’s Leading

“Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, ‘I am the light of the world. Whoever follows Me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”                                                                                                                                                   John 8:12

“It is the Lord your God you must follow, and Him you must revere. Keep His commands and obey Him; serve Him and hold fast to Him.”                                                                                                                                           Deuteronomy 13:4

God, we pray that our principal would follow Your leading as You bring light to each situation he/she encounters today.

Pray for Hearts that Lead

“Remember your leaders who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith.”                                                                                                                                                                      Hebrews 13:7

“Dear children, do not let anyone lead you astray.”                                                                                                    I John 3:7

Lord, we ask that You would place trustworthy leaders in the lives of our students, removing those who would desire to lead them astray. May these leaders be people of integrity and strong faith who develop them physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. As the children grow, may they rise up to become wise leaders of the next generation.

Please pray for the students and staff of Bowling Green City Schools and their Superintendent, Mr. Francis Scruci.

“I firmly believe God continues to answer the prayers of His people even after He has taken them to heaven. Never forget that God isn’t bound by time the way we are. We see only the present moment; God sees everything. We see only part of what He is doing; He sees it all.”                                                                                                    -Billy Graham
