PRAISE GOD, THE GIVER OF GRACE!

“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith, and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God.”

Ephesians 2:8

Lord, we lift our hearts to You, the giver of grace!  You are on Your throne in heaven, perfect and holy, and yet You have made a way for us to receive what we do not deserve-forgiveness and grace. We thank and praise You for this great gift that we could never earn!

PRAY FOR HEARTS TO RECEIVE GOD’S SALVATION

“Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.”                                                                                                                                                                   Acts 4:12

God, we ask that You would be moving in our city, preparing the hearts of our children to receive salvation. You are the way, the truth and the life. Salvation is found in no one else, Jesus. Let this generation not be deceived or distracted from realizing that they are sinful and separated from You, so that they turn to You for salvation.

PRAY FOR HEARTS OF GOD’S WORKMANSHIP

“For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works which God prepared in advance for us to do.”                                                                                                                                                                     Ephesians 2:10

May _________ submit to You, becoming Your workmanship and walking in the good works which You have prepared for her to do. Thank You for the sense of purpose and joy which will be created in her heart as she experiences Your purposes being played out in and through her.

Please pray for the students and staff of Sylvania City Schools and their superintendent, Scott Nelson.

“Prayer means that we have come boldly into the throne room and we are standing in His presence.”
