Praise Our God of Life!

“Jesus said, ‘I am the resurrection and the life.’”    John 11:25

“Then Jesus declared, ‘I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me will never go hungry, and he who believes in Me will never be thirsty.’”                                                                                                   John 6:35

Jesus, we praise You, the resurrection and the life. You created life and have defeated death!

Pray for Hearts to Choose Life

“Now choose life, so that you and your children may live and that you may love the Lord your God, listen to His voice, and hold fast to Him.”                                                                                           Deuteronomy 30:20

“His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and goodness.”                                                                     I Peter 1:3

God, during this week when our culture focuses on darkness, we give You thanks for giving us everything we need for life and godliness. May our students and staff choose to focus on life and not death. Give them the desire to receive Your love, listen to Your voice and hold fast to You.

Pray for Hearts to Experience the Life that God Offers

“For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive.”    I Corinthians 15:22

“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”     Romans 6:23

We pray that every person in our school community will receive the gift of eternal life in Christ Jesus.

We pray for the students and staff Fayette Local Schools and their Superintendent, Mrs. Angela Belcher.

“We must wrestle earnestly in prayer, like men contending with a deadly enemy for life.”   -R.C. Ryle, First Anglican bishop of Liverpool, England. 1816-1900
