PRAISE OUR GOD OF LOVE!

“For great is Your love, higher than the heavens; Your faithfulness reaches to the skies.”                            Psalm 108:3

“The Lord loves righteousness and justice; the earth is full of His unfailing love.”                                     Psalm 62:11,12

Lord, we praise You for Your great, unconditional love that goes beyond our understanding. The whole earth is full of Your unfailing love. We lift up our thanks and our hearts to You.

PRAY FOR HEARTS THAT TRUST GOD

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight.”                                                                                                                Proverbs 3:5,6

“Trust in Him at all times, O people; pour out your hearts to Him, for God is our refuge.”                           Psalm 62:8

We are so thankful that You are trustworthy, God. May the children of our city learn to trust You at all times, not leaning on their own understanding.

PRAY FOR HEARTS OF PEACE

“Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts.”                                                                                                    Colossians 3:15

“Let us therefore make every effort to do what leads to peace.”                                                                     Romans 14:19

God, we need Your peace in our schools, our classrooms and our hearts. We pray that Your peace would rule in our hearts and that the children would make every effort to do what leads to peace.

Please pray for the students and staff of Northwood City Schools and their superintendent, Greg Clark.

“Let us never forget to pray. God lives. He is near. He is real. He is not only aware of us but cares for us. He is our Father. He is accessible to all who will seek Him.”                                                                               Gordon B. Hinckley
