- Praise God for His love, faithfulness, and purposes.
- Invite God to examine your heart. Confess anything that He brings to your mind. “Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.” Psalm 51:10
- Ask God to open your eyes as He reveals His heart for this school.
Pray Aloud in your Group
Heavenly Father, thank You for the ways You are working in this school community. Show us Your heart for the students, staff, and families. We thank You in advance for favor and open doors for a weekly prayer walk through the halls of this building and for faithful people who will pray. We claim Your promise in Revelation, “See, I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut.”
Pray for a Change in the School’s Atmosphere
Light “God is light; in Him there is no darkness at all.” I John 1:5
Peace “Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, ‘Peace, be still!’ And the wind ceased and there was a great calm.” Mark 4:39
Pray for the Hearts of Students and Families
Salvation “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” Romans 10:13
Hope “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” Romans 15:13
Safety “You are my place of safety and protection. You are my God & I trust You.” Psalm 91:2
Pray for the Hearts of Administrators, Teachers and Staff
New Hearts “I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you.” Ezekiel 36:26
Wisdom “If anyone lacks wisdom you should ask God, who gives generously without finding fault, and it will be given to you.” James 1:5
Rest “My presence will go with you and I will give you rest.” Exodus 33:14
We Pray from Victory
We pray against confusion, despair, and every lie of the enemy to steal, kill, and destroy. We believe You for hearts of courage, purpose, purity, unity, and strength. Almighty God, we claim this ground for Your purposes and kingdom. This school community will be a place of learning, transformed by Your Spirit through Your powerful word.
