God, we praise you for being the God of new beginnings! You are the Creator, the One who does new things. Thank you that your compassions are new every morning.
Pray for Hearts to Experience a New Beginning at School
Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the desert and streams in the wasteland. Isaiah 43:18,19
Lord, we bring to you our hopes, frustrations and anxieties about what this new school year may look like. May this beginning be positive for teachers, students and families. We will not dwell on the past but look toward what is ahead, trusting that you are doing a new thing, even in the area of __________. In Jesus’ name, amen.
