Silent Prayer Reflection
As you gather with your group, pause for a moment of silence, asking God to prepare your heart to pray.
Praise God, Who is With Us
Behold, the virgin shall be with child and shall bear a son, and they shall call His name Immanuel, which translated means, God with us. Matthew 1:23
Lord, we praise and thank You for being with us. Although You are the Creator of the universe and the King of Kings, You humbled Yourself to initiate a relationship with us.
Pray for Hearts to Experience God’s Presence in Trouble
God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1
We lift up the students and staff as they finish classes and head into Christmas break. We pray that they would be protected, provided for and would make wise choices. In homes lacking basic necessities or emotional stability, we ask that You would connect families with the resources they need and that Jesus would be real to them during this season-a very present help in trouble. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Encouraging Prayer Quote
If peace seems elusive in your life today, commit yourself to God, commit your concerns to Him in prayer, and then rest peacefully as you trust in Him.
