Praise God, Our Defender
Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The Lord, the Lord Himself, is my strength and my defense; He has become my salvation. Isaiah 12:2
Lord, we praise You for being on our side. You are for us and not against us, You are our strength and our defense. May these truths strengthen us and help us walk
confidently into this week.
Pray for Hearts that Defend Others
Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed. Psalm 82:3
We ask You to transform this school into one where people come to the defense of others. Give students and staff eyes to see others as valuable and worth defending. Give students boldness to come to the defense of someone being bullied. As it is Sanctity of Life Week, help our world to value life and stand up for others. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
