God is Worthy of Praise!

“Worthy are You, Our Lord and our God, to receive glory and honor and power; for You created all things, and because of Your will they existed and were created.” Revelation 4:11

“Great is the Lord and most worthy of praise; His greatness no one can fathom.” Psalm 145:3

God, we lift up our hearts to You in praise. You are worthy of all glory and honor!

Pray for Hearts that Praise the Lord

“I will tell of the Lord’s unfailing love; I praise Him for all He has done for us.” Isaiah 63:7

“Let us praise God for His glorious grace, for the free gift He gave us in His dear Son.” Ephesians 1:5

Lord, we ask that You would open minds and hearts in our school community to Your greatness and love. May all who enter this building receive the free gift of forgiveness in Your Son and respond with words of praise to You.

Pray for Hearts of Praise to Replace Spirits of Despair

We lift up those who are discouraged and despairing. Would You do a miracle in each life, resulting in joy and praise to You. (…He will give a crown of beauty for ashes, a joyous blessing instead of mourning, festive praise instead of despair. In their righteousness, they will be like great oaks that the Lord has planted for His own glory, Isaiah 61:3).

We pray for the preschoolers of our city and those who teach them.

“Whatever troubles are weighing you down are not chains. They are featherweight when compared to the glory yet to come. With a sweep of a prayer and the praise of a child’s heart, God can strip away any cobweb.”
-Joni Eareckson Tada, Founder of Joni and Friends International disability Center
