30 Seconds of Silent Reflection
It’s your kindness that leads us to repentance, O Lord. Romans 2:4
Praise God, Who is Trustworthy
The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me. My heart leaps for joy, and with my song I praise him. Psalm 28:7
God, we praise you that you are a God who can be trusted. You help us and protect us as we put our trust in you. Thank you for being our strength and shield.
Pray for Hearts that will Trust God
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6
We pray that students and staff will trust God with all their hearts, especially in the area of __________. May God make their paths straight as they rely on Him. During this election week, we ask for hearts that will submit to God and not rely on their own understanding when the election results are revealed. May we trust that God is in control. In Jesus’ name, amen.
Encouraging Prayer Quote
To be friends with God means to pray with simplicity, like children talking to their parents.
