Praise God, Our Generous Giver
Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows. James 1:17
Lord, thank You for being so generous. You demonstrated sacrificial, generous love to the whole world when You gave Your only Son so that those who believe could have eternal life. And You continue to give good and perfect gifts to Your children. We praise You for your example of generosity.
Pray for Hearts that are Generous
A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed. Proverbs 11:25
Lord, we ask You to grant students and staff the ability to see those that have a need and respond in generosity, whether that is giving a kind word, sharing a lunch, or sharing school supplies. And we pray that churches would come alongside schools to generously fill tangible needs, being the hands and feet of Jesus. We pray that this school would be known for generosity. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
