Silent Prayer Reflection
As you gather with your group, pause for a moment of silence, asking God to prepare your heart to pray.
Praise Our God of Truth
Jesus answered, ‘I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.’ John 14:6
We praise You, God, for sending Your Son, Jesus, to reveal truth to us. Your truth never changes and can be relied upon in every situation. We thank You for allowing us to learn more about Your character through a relationship with Jesus.
Pray for Hearts that Seek Truth
Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free. John 8:32
Lord, we pray that the teachers, staff and students in this school community would seek Your truth above everything else. In a world where darkness resides and absolute truth seems to be diminished, shine Your light into this school and allow Your Holy Spirit to pour down and open the eyes of those being blinded by the lies of the enemy. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Encouraging Prayer Quote
True prayer is a way of life, not just for use in cases of emergency. Make it a habit, and when the need arises you will be in practice.
