Praise our God of Blessing
“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places…” Ephesians 1:3
Lord, You are the God of blessing. We lift our hearts to You. We are grateful that Your blessing pours out to Your people in abundance.
Pray for Hearts to Receive God’s Blessing
“The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make His face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn His face toward you and give you peace.” Numbers 6:24-26
God, we pray that each person in our school community will recognize the many ways You bless them daily. You are not distracted, but you turn Your face toward us and bless us with Your peace.
Pray for Hearts to Bless Others
“Do not repay evil for evil or insult with insult. On the contrary, repay evil with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing.” I Peter 3:9
We recognize that Your ways are contrary to the ways of the world. You say to bless and not curse. God, we declare that You are turning back the insults, evil and violence in our schools that each classroom and every heart may be covered in Your peace and protection. We ask for Your blessing especially in this situation _____________________.
