Silent Prayer Reflection
As you gather with your group, pause for a moment of silence, asking God to prepare your heart to pray.
Praise God, The Perfect Giver
Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe. Hebrews 12:28
God, we praise You for every good gift You bless us with. Our hearts overflow with gratitude as we worship You in awe for the perfect gift of Your eternal kingdom.
Pray for Hearts that Express Gratitude
Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful. Colossians 4:2
We pray for the hearts of the students and staff to be devoted to You and to prayer. May those who know You as their Lord and Savior be watchful for opportunities to share the good news of Jesus. We pray that students and staff would be thankful for Your presence and protection in their schools. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Encouraging Prayer Quote
When we choose thankful prayer over wallowing in anxiety and worry, we are demonstrating an unwavering trust in God.
