Praise our God, the Word
“The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us. We have seen His glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.” John 1:14
Jesus, You are the Word who became flesh and lived among us. We praise You that You were sent by the Father to communicate His love to a lost world.
Pray for Hearts that Value God’s Word
“For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.” Hebrews 4:12
God, Your word is powerful, alive and active. It gives light and judges hearts. We ask that in our school community students and staff will value Your word, which will give them guidance and daily direction, specifically in the area of _______________.
Pray for Hearts to Obey God’s Word
“Everyone who hears these words of Mine and puts them into practice is like wise man who built his house on the rock.” Matthew 7:24
“Blessed are those who hear the word of God and obey it.” Luke 11:28
We declare that students and staff will act with wisdom, hearing Your words and putting them into practice. As obedience to Your word is lived out, lives will be built on the firm foundation of the truth of Your word.
